Mr. Back’s practice includes patent prosecution, litigation before Patent Court and IP consulting for technology-based companies. He has advised clients in a broad range of industries, including automotive technology, network security technology, Internet transaction technology, control technology, and bio-mechanical devices. Prior to founding TAEWOOL, he had worked as associate at Kim & Chang, the largest IP firm in Korea, where he developed his practice skills. At Kim & Chang, particularly, he represented Kimberly Clark in Kimberly Clark v. P&G at Patent Court and successfully defended the invalidation to the Kimberly Clark’s patent.
